Our graphic designer will customize the template with your content and send a proof for your approval.

 

ORDERING

Step 1.Choose program type, quantity and then add to cart. On the next page you will enter shipping and payment info.

 

Step 2. After you have submitted your payment, you will be redirected to the “Content Submission” form. Here is where you will upload all content for your order.

 

Step 3.One of our representatives will contact you to confirm all of the details of your order.

Once your order has been confirmed, our graphic designer will design your order, and the proofing process will begin.

 

PROOFING PROCESS

No orders will be sent to print without final approval from your designated proofer. Once our designer has customized your program, you will receive a pdf proof. Because a fast turnaround is usually necessary, we ask that you proofread your order quickly and reply with any changes as soon as possible. We also ask that you try to include all of your corrections in as few emails as possible to avoid errors. Orders will not print until we have received your final approval.Please read carefully over all of the text and make sure it is accurate. Be sure to check for spelling errors (especially spelling of names), dates, times, locations and photo placement. Also, be sure to check that all content is contained in the proof and that nothing has been omitted. Once we receive your final approval, production usually begins immediately, and no changes will be accepted.

 

PRINTING PROCESS

All funeral programs are printed on 100# gloss text paper, using state of the art printing presses and finishing equipment.

All Verbiage must be free of grammatical errors. There will be a service charge if Designer has to type up any verbiage for materials.
